Q5. What’s your favourite way to catch carp?

Oh, you ask such easy-peasy questions.

Off the surface and “natural” - that’s free lining on still waters full of carp. The only downside to this type of fishing is that it’s very temperature dependent and really only suited to the summer months in this country but fishing abroad... now that’s another question!

My personal best (pb) surface carp is 35lb.
