Q16. I've lost my permit.
A16. Send us an email with your name, address, whether it was a junior or adult permit, roughly the date when you bought it and, if known, the permit number.
We'll check our records and if ok, issue you a replacement permit. You'll need to send us a stamped addressed envelope and include inside two first class stamps to cover administration costs.
Q17. I've landed a Signal Crayfish what shall I do with it?
A17. Signal Crayfish are not native to this country and they should be killed humanely
Q18. Can I clean my swim of weed before I fish?
A18. Yes, if you are with someone, but do it safely from the bank and under no circumstances enter the water. Removed weed should be safely placed behind the footpath. Check that you do not remove any small fish or fry.
