Q3. Who do you think is the greatest living angler?
I can only comment on those that I’ve met. Matt Hayes stands shoulders above the rest being an all rounder and I was affected greatly when I met him as a teenager. He signed my first fishing book.
For pure entertainment I would choose Trefor West whom I met about six years ago.
Q4. What's your favourite fishing book?
I don’t read fishing books these days but while on holiday around 2000, I came across a book called “A Fish Caught In Time” which proved a gripping story. Its about the search for the Coelacanth and I would recommend you read it.
