Baits: bread, maggots, casters, hemp, sweetcorn & small red worms
Typical Rudd landed at Trow Pool (thanks to Mandy Gardner).
Rudd is a shoal fish that is very shy. Rudd like weedy vegetation and sluggish water.
Rudd feed on the bottom and top on plankton and aquatic plants. Use small hooks (greater than 14) and line should be greater than 3 lb.
