© MMV James Bryant, this site is dedicated to Keven Bryant (1964-1975) who knew the pleasures of fishing but was not given the time.
WHEN fishing in winter it's a good idea to have some hot drink or soup, but it can be a bind to bring along the cooking stove or thermos flask.
One solution is to buy self heating soup. The soup costs a bit more than normal (£1.19 from Tesco) but I find them OK, if a bit small on soup. They come in a small concealed cup and all you have to do is click the base, shake and then drink.
Flavours include Spicey Lentil or Tomato and if you're using fresh bread as a bait, then just take some and dip it into the soup, sorted!
