© MMV James Bryant, this site is dedicated to Keven Bryant (1964-1975) who knew the pleasures of fishing but was not given the time.
WHEN the sun is shining and you’re fishing at Trow Pool the light reflecting off the water can make if difficult to see the fish or even your float.
The solution is to buy polarizing sunglasses. These will allow you to see through the glare and view objects near the surface of the water or beneath it.
Unlike ordinary sunglasses, polarizing lenses eliminate 99.9% of glare from horizontal surfaces such as water, roads and snow.
They are much better than ordinary sunglasses and prices start from about £22.00.
You'll see more clearly and may catch more carp, sorted!
