WHEN fishing at Trow you should use all of the natural features to your advantage to give you an edge on those wiry Carp.

The water is often crystal clear and should give you a good view of where the carp are feeding.

Be a predator and stalk them by watching them from a high vantage point such as a tree. See also bubbles and vortices.

However, for safety reasons you should only climb a tree if (1) you can swim and (2) have someone with you.
